Word on the street has Mazda resurrecting the Mazda RX-7, this time as an agile, lightweight, two-seat coupe with a next-gen 250-hp rotary engine. The company penciled in a 2015-16 launch date. The price will hover around $30,000—cheaper than a Porsche Cayman, more expensive than a Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ.
Skoda VisionD - new pictures released
For reasons best know to Skoda, they have released a new set of pictures the VisionD Concept from the Geneva Motor Show 2011. The Skoda VisionD Concept arrived at the Geneva Motor Show this year and was said to signal the future design language of Skoda. It was a smoother, less angular look without the current statement face of Skoda.

To rub salt into the wounds of the beleaguered Big Three, Korean manufacturer Kia unveiled its own version of the iconic American pick-up truck at the Detroit auto show. But rather than a ultilitarian flat-bed, the Soulster concept is something at the very other end of the scale, designed to drum up interest in the Soul (on which it's based) before the B-segment baby goes on sale later in 2009. The Soulster concept was penned at Kia’s LA design studio – where the original Soul concept was created – and while there are no current production plans, company insiders have said that the right reaction from American customers could see the Soulster become a reality.
